Kancamagus Bicycle Challenge

Loon Mountain, Lincoln, NH - September 12

Push yourself to the limit: Climb the Kanc September 12th! The Kancamagus Bicycle Challenge 2009 is a 63.5-mile bicycle ride along the Kancamagus Highway in northern New Hampshire. Although it is one of the most beautiful routes in the country, this ride is not for the faint of heart: 4,300 feet of ascent and descent will challenge your spirit and test your endurance.

Funds raised by the Kancamagus Challenge will support ChildVoice's current project in northern Uganda, where work is underway to expand a pilot project for former child soldiers and formerly abducted girls. Among the riders is a Ugandan who suffered as a child during the rebel war. He is now using his voice - and pedaling legs -- to speak for those who cannot - the tens of thousands of boys and girls around the world who are forced to become child soldiers.  Join him in the ride of a lifetime!

The event is limited to 100 riders, so register now to ride -- or to sponsor a rider!

Give today and restore hope to children of war.
