Opportunities to Serve
Uganda
ChildVoice International is quickly expanding in northern Uganda. A variety of needs and positions exist at the Lukodi Centre, Punena Health Clinic, Lukodi Primary School, and the property at Kulubel. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, adult and child education, psycho-social rehabilitation, community health, spiritual leadership and development, income generating projects, microfinance, art, physical and occupational therapy, administrative and organizational tasks, and agriculture. Further, internships are available to execute primary grassroots research that guides ChildVoice in monitoring and evaluating progress toward its mission.
There is a pressing need for agriculture, education, and trauma research interns. Agriculture interns help develop sustainable demonstration projects, training modules, and strategies to increase food security. Education and trauma research interns help research, evaluate, and analyze the trauma recovery and reintegration of former child soldiers and their dependents.
